Otherwise, our services will be considered out of network.  If you have out-of-network behavioral health benefits or an employee benefit plan, services will be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Our fee is within the customary rate accepted by health care companies. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: 

What are my out-of-network behavioral health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance? If so, how much is it?
Is there a limit to the number of visits I can have per calendar year?
Do I need an authorization?

Checking your benefits is very easy and will take just a few minutes. You just need to call the phone number listed on the front or back of your insurance card and ask "What are my out-of-network behavioral health benefits?"
